Job summary

Bouygues UK is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (or Senior Quantity Surveyor) to join our Building Safety team, supporting recladding projects across our Southwest & Wales region. The primary location will be our Bristol office, with site visits a key part of the role.

You will prepare cost estimates, manage procurement, and provide accurate monthly financial reports, ensuring robust contractual agreements and timely payments in line with BYUK procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor or large subcontractor.
• Ability to prepare timely monthly financial reports which accurately forecast the financial cost and activity.
• Good commercial awareness.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and production of accurate work.
• Demonstrate an understanding of company reporting timetables, as well as key tools and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of accurate cost estimates.
