Qualifications

• Experienced, skilled, qualified, and knowledgeable Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in NEC & JCT form of contracts.
• Ability to effectively plan and manage budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Administer the JCT Design & Build Contract professionally and timely.
• Ensure external valuations and payments are received on time.
• Lead and manage trainee/junior surveyors.

IT literate

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to deal with clients & internal staff

Ability to work on own initiative

Excellent organisational and planning skills

Management and leadership

Education

Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar technical qualification (HND HNC)

Working towards professional qualification status (MCIOB/MRICS)
