We are currently looking to hire an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team at Sellafield to work on the KDP8 Framework.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor role

  1. Collaborate with the team to input into Work Scope Documents and procure Enabling Work Packages with the Client Procurement Team.
  2. Manage various commercial aspects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and management of subcontract work packages through to final account.
  3. Focus on minimizing risk and cost while maximizing value through cost checking and analysis of labor, plant, and materials.

Your profile

  1. Hold a degree in BSc Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent experience/memberships.
  2. Have construction industry experience.
  3. Preferably have large-scale industrial or civil engineering experience.
  4. Experience working on Construction Management Projects.
  5. Experience working with an NEC Form of Contract.
