Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team on a critical infrastructure project in Aberdeen. The role offers a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) with an immediate start and long-term planning.

Responsibilities include managing substantial subcontract packages (groundworks, steel envelope), strict administration of civil works, NEC3 Option A contract oversight, and CEAR software-based subcontract documentation control.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing high-value subcontracts in construction/civil engineering.
• Experience with NEC3 Option A contract administration.
• Experience using CEAR software.
• Strong analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Leverage your experience with CEAR software to maintain accurate and efficient subcontract documentation.

Project Details

Location: Westhill, Aberdeen (with a hybrid model: 3 days office/2 days home).

Rate: £500-£550 per day (Umbrella/Inside IR35).

Duration: Immediate start until 31/12/2026.This is a high-priority recruitment.
