Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced subcontract manager for a high-profile civil engineering project in Westhill, Aberdeen. You will manage large-scale subcontract packages, including groundworks and steel envelope elements, and oversee NEC3 Option A contract administration.

This role offers a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office, 2 from home) with daily rates of £500-£550 Umbrella/Inside IR35. Immediate start through 31 December 2026, with a focus on accurate subcontract

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing high-value subcontracts within construction or civil engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC3 Option A contract administration.
• Experience using the CEAR software package is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
