Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager Job Overview
- Managing and overseeing all cost and contractual aspects of projects.
- Preparation and management of cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Monitoring profitability, cost/value reconciliation (CVRs), applications, and budget adherence.
- Effective communication and liaison with project teams, suppliers, and clients.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across the UK as required.
Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of materials, costs, contracts, and commercial risk management.
- Proficiency in relevant industry software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
