Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager Salary & Benefits

Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager Job Overview

1. Managing and overseeing all cost and contractual aspects of projects.
2. Preparation and management of cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.
3. Monitoring profitability, cost/value reconciliation (CVRs), applications, and budget adherence.
4. Effective communication and liaison with project teams, suppliers, and clients.
5. Willingness to travel to various project sites across the UK as required.

Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years' experience within the construction industry.
2. Strong understanding of materials, costs, contracts, and commercial risk management.
3. Proficiency in relevant industry software.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. High level of attention to detail and commitment to profitability.
6. Must be able to commute to the office and sites comfortably.
