Job description

Due to company expansion, our client is recruiting permanently for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in Warrington. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for:

  1. Management of subcontractors and accounts
  2. Maintaining the commercial risk register
  3. Managing client disputes and internal auditing
  4. Overseeing weekly valuations and confirming accuracy of measurements
  5. Producing CVR’s for all projects
  6. Carrying out cost analysis and reduction initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. Additionally, you must hold stability of employment, having held each previous appointment for a minimum of 2 years, and have proven success of working within the utilities UK market.
