Job Opportunity: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a major Infrastructure Contractor in the UK, has recently been awarded a 5-year Thames Water Framework. They are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support upcoming projects, including Pumping Stations, Mains Replacements, and Reinstatement works, all utilizing the NEC Form of Contract.

Key responsibilities include procurement of Sub Contractors, overseeing their accounts, issuing payments, preparing CVRs, and attending regular Commercial meetings with Senior Management and Stakeholder representatives.

Requirements for consideration include a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and experience in Water and Civil Engineering within a Main Contracting environment.

In return, the role offers a competitive day rate, an immediate start, and a long-term contract outside IR35.
