The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

Ideally, you'll:

• Be a recognized Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness focused on profit and cash flow.
• Have experience with Construction Management (CM) projects.
• Manage various commercial aspects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and subcontract management through to final accounts.
• Aim to minimize risk and costs while maximizing value through cost checking and analysis of labour, plant, and materials.
• Possess broad construction industry experience across various sectors and markets within main contracting organizations.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience managing multi-million-pound packages on major projects.
• Experience working with NEC contracts.
• Pre-contract and post-contract experience.
• Strategic ability to analyze internal and external data and guide the business’s strategic direction.
• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
