Brownlee Cale Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor to support a major engineering package at Hinkley Point C in the UK.

The role requires strong FIDIC contract knowledge and a background in MEICA/Nuclear infrastructure, with an emphasis on commercial control and stakeholder management. The candidate will work on a long-term contract with hybrid working and site visits two days per week, contributing to cost reporting, change management and client

Competenze

• Proven experience as a PQS or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong working knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• Background in MEICA major infrastructure, energy or nuclear projects.
• Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Major Nuclear Infrastructure Project Long-Term Contract

We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor to support a major engineering package at Hinkley Point C.

This role is ideally suited to a commercially strong QS with proven FIDIC contract experience. If you've managed complex MEICA engineering or infrastructure projects under FIDIC, we'd like to hear from you.

What's on offer?

• £550 £650 per day (depending on experience/location)
• Off-payroll contract on the basis of 30 day subcontract payment terms and adequater insurance provision
• Long-term contract
• Hybrid working with site visits two days per week
• Contract on one of Europe's largest and most prestigious infrastructure projects

The role

You’ll provide commercial support across a major engineering package, including:

• Administering and managing FIDIC contracts
• Commercial reporting and cost control
• Managing change, compensation events and contractual entitlement
