Attention all Senior Quantity Surveyors!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we have an excellent opportunity with a well-established client. They are looking for a candidate to join on a permanent basis, bringing expert experience to their team. The successful candidate will be based at the client's Rickmansworth office, with the option to work in a hybrid role.

Our client is a leading provider of design and delivery solutions in the water treatment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage quantity surveying tasks for projects and work packages.
  • Collaborate with design, construction, and supply chain teams to control costs.
  • Liaise with the client to meet business needs.
  • Manage the main contract and ensure proper documentation, including preparing and issuing subcontract documentation.
  • Oversee payment applications and prepare cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Assist in managing subcontractor performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience on infrastructure projects.
  • Chartered or working towards chartered status with a recognised institution.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with NEC3 or ICheme contracts.
  • Experience in managing, leading, and developing a small team or individual.
