FM Conway is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Term Maintenance Division in London. You will lead commercial management across a portfolio of highways maintenance contracts, delivering projects safely, efficiently and profitably.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our successful Term Maintenance Business Unit. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the commercial management of our long-term highways maintenance contracts, supporting the delivery of planned maintenance, reactive works and emergency response projects across London and the South East. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor , you will lead the commercial activities across a portfolio of contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably. You will oversee change control, manage contractual obligations, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and support the continued growth and success of the division. This is a permanent, full-time position based in London.
