Our client has secured a major long-term programme of infrastructure work with Northumbrian Water, over the next 15 years. As part of this, they're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects
- Prepare and review applications for payment and contract notices
- Track variations, claims, and cost forecasts
- Support procurement and supply chain management
- Provide contractual advice and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders

What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in a commercial role within construction
- Excellent knowledge of contracts, cost control, and reporting
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- RICS or CICES-accredited degree (essential)
- Water sector experience (desirable)
