One of the region’s leading Infrastructure Consultancies is looking to recruit a number of Senior Quantity Surveyors to work on some large infrastructure frameworks.

The Company

The client is one of the leading Consultancies in the region with a network of offices across the country as well as overseas. They work across all sectors within Property and Infrastructure and are involved in some of the region’s largest developments. They have an outstanding reputation and a strong track record of developing their employees to Director level positions.

The Position

The position is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full responsibility for a number of infrastructure projects.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to take full client ownership and manage projects through to completion. At this level, the candidate will also be involved in business and client development, representing the company at networking events and meetings. The client works with large clients within Rail, Water, and Highways sectors.

The Candidate

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor must:

1. Have a relevant degree
2. Chartership is desirable
3. Have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor at Senior level
4. Consultancy experience is desirable but not essential
5. Have experience working on infrastructure projects and a working knowledge of the NEC form of contract
6. Possess good communication and client-facing skills
