Salary: Up to £70,000 plus benefits

They currently enjoy a turnover of over £100 million and, having secured additional projects, are looking to bolster their team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will have the opportunity of autonomy and to thrive in an environment that you are trusted in, with work/life balance being heavily prioritized.

About You:
You will have experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Although social housing experience is preferred, it is not necessary.

Requirements:
You must hold a full UK Driving Licence and live within a commutable distance of Newcastle.
