A known construction and property consultancy, with a strong presence in Manchester, are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors’ role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of the wider Manchester team, although creating a new team focused around a specific key client of the business.

Initially, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading a £130m healthcare scheme with future opportunity to get involved in additional public sector and entertainment focused projects, for the same esteemed client.

This position is well-suited for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a leadership capacity and is looking for an opportunity to make a substantial impact.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally be a professional, team-orientated individual with previous management experience.

1. MRICS qualification is preferred
2. Experience across the public, healthcare and entertainment sectors, or similar, would be beneficial
3. Previous consultancy experience
