A leading consultancy seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for freelance assignments in Maidstone. The successful candidate will manage cost planning for projects ranging from £1m to £20m, ensuring compliant delivery from planning to final accounts. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 10 years experience, relevant contract knowledge, and a driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience in projects from planning through to PC of build.
• Experience in projects valued at £1m to £10m.
• Full driving licence with own car.

Responsibilities

Proejct / Senior QS required ASAP for Kent based PQS / Consultancy

*FREELANCE LIMITED COMPANY / OUTSIDE IR35*

I have an urgent requirement for one of my long-standing clients, a PQS / Consultancy.

They work on projects generally ranging from £1m to £20m including residential, student accommodation, hotels, rail / civils etc, with involvement from planning / pre-con stage to final accounts and claims.

Key requirements include:

Min. 10 years experience
Experience in projects with values of £1m to £10m
Experience in cost planning
Experience with JCT forms of contract
Experience in projects from planning through to PC of build
Client side / PQS and / or main contracting experience
Full driving licence with own carThis position is available on a freelance / temp-to-perm / perm basis.
