Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting role covering a diverse range of projects? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading contractor delivering Design & Build projects across multiple sectors, including education, healthcare, MoD, and commercial, with values ranging from £1M - £15M.

The Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be a safe pair of hands, supporting the Managing Quantity Surveyor (MQS) while taking ownership of key commercial responsibilities, including:

• Managing project finances from procurement to final account
• Overseeing cost control, valuations, and risk management
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members
• Working independently while collaborating with site teams and clients

What We're Looking For:

• Experienced Senior QS with a strong background in construction
• D&B contract knowledge across education, healthcare, MoD, and commercial sectors
• Proactive, self-sufficient, and able to work on own initiative
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
