Our client specializes in property, office investments, hospitality, and construction. They have assets valued up to £3 billion.

The need now exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team at their office in Uxbridge, Hillingdon.

You will commercially lead several projects, including a hotel development, refurbishment of a Grade II listed building, and a leisure centre.

Our client seeks candidates who are ideally RICS qualified and have a background in general contracting or development. Candidates should have experience dealing with all trades and suppliers from start to finish, including consultants and warranties.

Essential skills include cost reporting and upstream reporting experience. Previous experience working on hotels and Grade II listed buildings is required.

In return, our client offers a basic salary between £90k - £110k, along with a full package and bonus.
