Quantity Surveyor – London (hybrid working)
Salary: £60,000 - £90,000
This leading independent project and cost management consultancy, managing complex, large-scale developments across a range of sectors, is currently looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor into their London business. Level and salary are flexible depending on experience.
As an MRICS Quantity Surveyor, you will work on all phases of development from inception, through planning, and steering the pathway to site commencement and ultimately completion.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience across the Residential, Student Accommodation, Co Living, Later Living, Office, and/or Hotels sectors.
- Experience working on Data Centres, Industrial & Distribution is beneficial.
