Job Title:

Senior Quantity Surveyor

The company is a well-established Rail & Civil Engineering Contractor who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. My client would also be interested in speaking to Intermediate Quantity Surveyors, looking to take a step up.

The role would be based in London Bridge/New Eltham, with some home working available.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

• Understand, prepare and present monthly cost/value reports.
• Preparation and management of sub-contracts.
• Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements

Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

• 6+ years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with experience of the rail industry.
• Experience of working with NEC/NR/JCT contracts.
• Relevance degree or qualification in the field.

Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

• Up to £75,000 per annum
• Competitive benefits package available.
