An established industry player is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Central London. Senior Quantity Surveyor - Salary to £90,000. Senior Quantity Surveyor will be taken on a permanent basis.
Our client is a building main contractor based in Central London and entrusted with some of Britain's most prestigious residential and commercial properties. They are resourcing a role for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.
They are commercially setting up several new schemes involving prime residential and the conversion of an existing building into a large hotel. The schemes are in the main structural cut and carve refurbishments. They require the skills of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to undertake commercial duties involving the whole array of responsibilities from procurement through to final accounts.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a background and be competent on the day to day commercial issues of an on-going site. Other prerequisites include:
