The Role:

One of the most ambitious commercial builds in London is starting, and this Tier 1 contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with solid high-rise experience to join from the early stages.

This is a 20+ storey bespoke office tower in the City of London. It features a complex structure, high-spec finishes, and a landmark location—perfect for building a distinguished career. You will work closely with the Commercial Lead and senior team, managing major packages on a scheme that will shape the contractor's future.

The Project:

• New-build, 20+ storey commercial tower in the heart of the City
• £150m+ construction value, with a long programme - early stage
• Over 30,000 sqm of Grade A office space with ground-floor retail and community facilities
• Includes deep basement and extensive public realm upgrades

What They're Looking For:

• Senior QS or strong Project QS with experience in major commercial or high-rise projects
• Confident managing packages on large, complex projects
• Ability to handle subcontractors, procurement, and client interface independently
