I'm currently working with a leading infrastructure provider that is playing a key role in delivering sustainable EV solutions across the UK. They are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Bootle and support the commercial delivery of key energy sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Support a multidisciplinary team across the full commercial lifecycle

Manage subcontractor accounts, variations, valuations, and cost forecasting

Ensure compliance with NEC contracts and internal commercial procedures

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Contribute to a commercially viable pipeline of work

Requirements:

5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience

Strong background in civils, utilities, or infrastructure

Proven experience with NEC contracts

Subcontractor management and commercial reporting experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems such as Oracle

Good understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety practices
