Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

• Managing cost control and financial planning throughout project lifecycles
• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Conducting valuations and negotiating contracts
• Managing risk, procurement strategies, and value engineering
• Working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy or client-side role
• Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, and contract administration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
