Job Description

An established Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy based in Leeds is looking for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to work closely with their Quantity Surveying Director.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on a pivotal role within the consultancy. You will lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors, providing guidance throughout their APC journey and supporting their professional growth.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on a wide range of projects, including office fit-outs, healthcare developments, private and volume residential schemes, and local authority projects. You will be involved from inception to completion, ensuring successful project delivery across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors.
  2. Manage projects from inception to completion.
  3. Ensure successful project delivery across multiple sectors.
Minimum Requirements
  1. MRICS qualification.
  2. A successful track record in consultancy.
  3. Both pre & post contract experience.
