Job Description

Due to a recently awarded tender, a Civil Engineering Contractor that turns over £350M per annum is seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Suffolk.
This role presents a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a long-term major project in the energy sector from the beginning. The company operates across the civils, utility, and energy sectors.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing project costs from inception to completion.
2. Preparing tender and contract documents.
3. Conducting cost analysis and forecasting.
4. Advising on procurement strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
