Job summary

Knightwood Associates in Essex is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage multiple residential schemes across Essex, Hertfordshire and North London. You will handle commercial management, procurement and cost reporting for RC Frame and traditional builds, ensuring projects stay within budget.

The role requires RC Frame experience and proven ability to oversee procurement through to completion across several developments, with strong commercial and subcontractor management

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Essex

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000

Car Allowance: Circa £8,000

Bonus: 5-7% below target, 10-15% on target, 20-30% above target

An established residential developer based in Essex is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple residential schemes across Essex, Hertfordshire and North London, including both RC Frame and traditional build developments.

RC Frame experience is essential.

The business has an established commercial team across quantity surveying, buying and estimating, with further recruitment planned as the workload continues to grow.

This is an office and site-based role in Essex, with travel to developments as required. No hybrid working.
