Senior Quantity Surveyor – Fast Track Fit-Out
Hybrid (1 day/week in office based in Warrington)
Salary upto £60k plus package

My client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working on a variety of high-spec, fast-track fit-out projects across the commercial, retail, and leisure sectors.

This is a hybrid role with just one day a week required in the Warrington office, offering flexibility alongside a supportive, established team.

Projects You'll Be Involved In:

• Commercial office fit-outs

• High-end retail refurbishments

• Hospitality and leisure environments

• National roll-outs for well-known brands

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Full QS duties across multiple fast-paced fit-out projects

• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation

• Subcontractor procurement and contract management

• Valuations, variations, and final accounts

• Working closely with site teams to ensure delivery to time, cost and quality

• Reporting to senior management on cost performance

• Supporting junior team members and promoting best commercial practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong fit-out experience – particularly in fast-track environments

• Proven track record managing multiple live projects

• Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness

• Ability to work independently but collaborate well within a team
