Senior Contract Surveyor Immediate Requirement
Location: Site-based in Buckinghamshire
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + package (DOE)
Start Date: Immediate

I am working with a leading housebuilder delivering a multi-phase residential development in Buckinghamshire. The scheme will consist of around 250+ traditionally built homes, including houses and low-rise apartments, over a 6-year programme.

They are looking to appoint a Senior Contract Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for the scheme. This is a long-term, site-based role with occasional visits to the head office, ideally suited to someone based in the M11/M1 corridor.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Main Contracting
• Stable employment history
• Groundworks remeasurement experience essential
• Ability to take ownership of a high-value residential development
• Qualifications: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related construction discipline would be beneficial or a time-served solid work history within this field.
