Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently working with a leading main contractor in the social housing sector, looking to hire an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in retrofit or planned maintenance to join a progressive company with a strong project pipeline and a social purpose.

The Role:

Based in their Central London head office, you will work closely with the commercial and operational teams to oversee the commercial delivery of retrofit and planned works schemes. A combination of office and site work is expected.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying within social housing, public sector, or refurbishment projects
  • Experience with retrofit works, including energy efficiency upgrades, decarbonisation, or major planned maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts
  • Hands-on approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • UK driving licence (site travel required)
