Project Value: Up to £45m (New Build Residential)
Salary: Up to £90,000 + Car Allowance + Travel + Bonus

A leading Tier One Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on a £45m new build residential project in South London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established SQS to join a reputable company and manage significant projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead all commercial aspects of the project.
2. Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts.
3. Conduct cost analysis and prepare reports.
4. Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor agreements.
5. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4. Proficient in relevant software and tools.
