Job summary

Fortis Search in London is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its independent construction consultancy, delivering cost consultancy across Commercial, Residential and other sectors from feasibility through to project completion.

You will prepare cost plans, lead procurement, manage cost control and final accounts, and build strong client relationships while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within consultancy.
• Strong pre and post-contract cost management experience.
• Excellent commercial, analytical and communication skills.
