Senior Quantity Surveyor – High end Residential & Hotels

This leading main contractor in the super-prime London hotel and property sector has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the company and oversee three live projects.

The projects you will be overseeing and responsible for are a £15m refurbishment of a West end hotel in Knightsbridge, an £8m Hotel refurbishment in Mayfair and a £2m penthouse fitout in Victoria. All of which have a QS on the site.

You will, as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, have high end residential and hotels experience. Most projects are valued at £10m-£25m, with some larger schemes, so it is essential for you to have led similar projects before. You will also have a Quantity Surveying qualification and will live within a reasonable commute of Central London. More detail can be discussed following applications.
