Vextrix is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on major infrastructure projects in the London area, with around 50% on‑site work around St Albans in the initial years. You will oversee pre- and post‑contract commercial management within a Design & Build context, supporting the NEC Project Management Team and reporting to the Project Director.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing consultancy, based at our London office and working around 50% of the time on site in the St Albans area during the first two years.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide hands‑on pre-contract and post-contract commercial management within a Design & Build environment. You will support a major project, work closely with the NEC Project Management Team and receive support from the Project Director when required.
This is a senior, client-facing opportunity where your judgement and experience will be valued.

You will need substantial Quantity Surveying and cost management experience within rail, highways or major civils, gained with a contractor or consultancy. Client-side experience is useful but not essential.
