We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team within Vistry South London, at our Ealing site. As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will deliver strategy and support to the senior commercial team.

Job Role:

Senior Quantity Surveyor Reactive Maintenance

Location:

North London (Hybrid Working Office/Site/Home)

Salary:

£55,000 - £75,000 (Basic Salary) + Car Allowance, Bonus, Pension, Healthcare

About the Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  2. Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates.
