This particular client operates as both a Main contractor on residential developments and a Sub-contractor on groundworks projects, achieving a combined annual turnover of circa £30m. Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements

• Prior experience as a QS within either a main contractor, residential developer or groundworks business.
• Open to QS candidates looking for a step-up
• Full driving licence
• Good tenure
