As we continue to expand, we are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and take the lead on high-end residential projects.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the delivery of multiple projects from pre-contract through to final account. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for project leadership, technical output, and supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from inception through completion, ensuring quality and commercial control
• Produce detailed cost plans, tender documents, and procurement advice
• Oversee and review contractors’ tender returns and cost submissions
• Carry out contract administration, interim valuations, and final accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and design teams
• Manage and mentor junior surveyors, reviewing their work and supporting their development

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally with client-side or consultancy background in the residential sector
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Excellent working knowledge of JCT contracts
• Strong technical skills in cost planning, tendering, and post-contract management
• Ability to manage workload, support others, and deliver to deadlines without compromising standards
• Desire to contribute to a growing, ambitious business
