Vistry Cornwall South West is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our Exeter office. You will supervise, manage and advise on financial and contractual aspects of multiple construction projects within our Commercial, Estimating and Buying team.

You will take responsibility for executing the Quantity Surveying function on allocated contracts, driving profitability and quality of service. We value in-person collaboration while supporting flexible working where possible.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team within Vistry Cornwall South West, at our Exeter office. As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work within our wider Commercial, Estimating and Buying team, you will be responsible for supervising, managing and advising on the financial and contractual aspects of multiple construction projects. You will take responsibility for the execution of the Quantity Surveying function on allocated contract/s, in order to fulfil the requirements of the Company in maximising quality of service and profitability. You will provide a range of cost control and financial reporting duties across all aspects of construction work undertaken by the company.
