We're working with a well-established Tier 1 main contractor that's delivering a large-scale student accommodation project in Exeter. They're now looking to appoint a driven and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial control of the scheme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong track record in major build projects across the education, accommodation, and public sectors. You'll be supported by an experienced Commercial Manager and wider regional team while having the autonomy to lead on a flagship scheme.
