With the continued growth of the South West Region, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding team.

About the Role

You’ll support the delivery of residential projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Reporting to a Commercial Manager, you’ll handle all commercial aspects—from procurement and contract administration to valuations, reporting, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
