Job summary

A national construction consultancy in Exeter is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage diverse public and private projects. The ideal candidate will have a Quantity Surveying degree, 5+ years of experience, and good pre/post contract knowledge. This role offers a salary between £50,000 - £65,000, flexible and hybrid working, and excellent career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
• MRICS, or working towards.
• 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience.
• Previously worked within a PQS / Cost Consultancy environment.

Overview

A national construction consultancy with a people-focused culture are seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor for their office, beautifully placed in Exeter.

Role

Based in the Southwest, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a diverse range of public and private sector projects that redevelop key areas and buildings across the Southwest. They will be responsible for delivering projects pre and post contract, and some contract administration.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• MRICS, or working towards
• 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Previously worked within a PQS / Cost Consultancy environment
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
• CAD and/or CostX experience would be a bonus
• Car and driving licence
