We are currently looking to hire an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team at Sellafield to work on the KDP8 Framework.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor role

  • Collaborate to develop Work Scope Documents and procure Enabling Work Packages with the Client Procurement Team.
  • Manage various commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and subcontract work packages through to final account.
  • Aim to minimize risk and cost while maximizing value through cost checking and analysis of labor, plant, and materials.

Your profile

  • Hold a degree in BSc Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent experience/memberships.
  • Have construction industry experience.
  • Preferably have experience in large-scale industrial or civil engineering projects.
  • Experience working on Construction Management Projects.
  • Experience with NEC Form of Contract.
