The Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful delivery of residential developments across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage budgets, cash flows, and valuationsto align with company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Housing Associations, subcontractors, and third-party providers.
Conduct land appraisals, commercial reporting, and KPI analysis.
Ensure all project expenditure aligns with commercial objectives and is reported accurately.
Work closely with internal teams to support procurement, contract negotiations, and cost forecasting.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within residential housebuildingor affordable housing.
Strong commercial awareness with budget management and cost controlexpertise.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality homes.
Full UK driving licenceand a flexible approach to business needs.
