Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Surrey

Package: £80,000 – £90,000

A Main Contractor that specializes within the Super Prime Residential sector is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience overseeing multiple projects to play a key role within the business.

Due to incredible work winning, they are now looking for someone to manage a team of Surveyors on projects valued between £8m and £15m.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple super prime residential projects valued between £8m and £15m.
• Effectively assist in managing between the commercial team and operational site teams.
• Ensure that the supply chain is engaged appropriately with the correct contract terms and conditions.
• Maintaining good client relationships.

Requirements

• HNC in Construction or relevant degree qualification.
• Experience within the Super Prime Residential sector.
• Able to travel around the Surrey area.
