Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well-established, medium-sized construction consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team in Leicester.

This is a cost management and project management consultancy with a strong presence in UK industrial and commercial projects, along with growth in the residential, healthcare and education sector.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work with the cost management team across an array of projects.

You will take on and oversee projects from inception to completion, including preparing initial estimates, the full procurement process, administering contracts, taking them to site, and closing them out.

APC support and management training are excellent for those looking to progress their careers.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  1. 4 + years' Quantity Surveying experience at minimum
  2. Chartered or APC ongoing preferred
  3. Previous consultancy experience essential
  4. Organised with excellent time management skills
  5. Personable and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
  6. Able to commute to Leicester
