The job as Senior Quantity Surveyor itself with a mix of office & site based at major developments in Greater London, where you will be working within a dynamic and expanding commercial team.

This is a permanent role, enabling you to advance your career and broaden your experience, working with one of UK's most succesful specialist subcontractors. As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for the management and implementation of the commercial function on appointed projects. More specifically:

  • Stakeholder management – suppliers, sub-contractors, client
  • Cost management and reporting – budgets through to final account
  • Change management and innovation – facilitate continuous improvement
  • Procurement – quality, negotiation, maximized profit
  • Contractual compliance and risk management
  • Sub-contract/special supplies administration
  • Lead, develop and mentor less experienced team members

You will have

To be successful as Senior Quantity Surveyor you will have:

  • Degree qualified in quantity surveying or equivalent experience
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience.
  • Proven trade contractor experience, preferably RC Frame jobs.
  • Sound commercial acumen.
