Proejct / Senior QS required ASAP for Kent based PQS / Consultancy

*FREELANCE LIMITED COMPANY / OUTSIDE IR35*

I have an urgent requirement for one of my long-standing clients, a PQS / Consultancy.

They work on projects generally ranging from £1m to £20m including residential, student accommodation, hotels, rail / civils etc, with involvement from planning / pre-con stage to final accounts and claims.

Key requirements include:

• Min. 10 years experience
• Experience in projects with values of £1m to £10m
• Experience in cost planning
• Experience with JCT forms of contract
• Experience in projects from planning through to PC of build
• Client side / PQS and / or main contracting experience
• Full driving licence with own car

This position is available on a freelance / temp-to-perm / perm basis.
