The Role

Based in the Swanley office, you will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple housing developments. You\'ll work closely with the construction, technical, and land teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts
  • Procuring subcontractors and managing tender processes
  • Valuations, variations, and cost reporting
  • Ensuring best value and cost control at every stage
  • Supporting junior staff where applicable (at Senior QS level)
About You
  • Residential housebuilding experience essential (ideally with a regional or national developer)
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritise workload
  • Confident communicator and team player
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar preferred
