The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

• Commercially leading a portfolio of framework fit out projectsacross Central London

• Overseeing cost planning, procurement, and subcontract management

• Leading commercial reporting: CVRs, forecasting, and final accounts

• Managing and mentoring junior commercial team members as required

• Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful commercial outcomes

• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, framework agreements, and commercial best practices

• Managing variations, valuations, and risk mitigation processes
